Flow feels amazing, you feel unstoppable, unbothered, and on fire! For many years I thought I needed to choose between being energetically aligned or in the practical mindset of taking action and "doing the things." It was when I combined the ENERGY of flow and being IN abundance with my practical tools that I finally broke the cycle and learned to stay in abundance and flow more and more. When I was 16 I dropped out of high school, I didn't know what I wanted to do, but I did know that I didn't want anyone telling me what to do. I wanted freedom and flow (only I had no idea what it was at the time but this one pesky problem kept getting in my way, I needed money to have the fun and experiences I desired, and I took advantage of the opportunity to study massage (a total flow creation and a story for another day). I ended up with four jobs, cooking, cleaning, massaging, and working at a lettuce farm. I had more money than I needed and I loved treating my friends, going to festivals and shows, and buying beautiful dresses. My life felt fun and magical, work, opportunities, fun times, lettuce, and money were abundant. 

Then I lost my sparkle, I married a bad dude and ended up single a little girl to care for. I decided to grow up and be responsible! I experienced a lot of success in my career as a therapist and a spa owner, but I was stressed and I always felt I had to trade freedom and flow for being a responsible proper grown-up. 

Over the past decade, I've reconnected with my soul and realized I can have it all, money, flow freedom, fun surprises, and a challenging & rewarding career. I feel truly abundant, no matter what my weekly sales were or the balance in my bank account. Of course, sometimes I get out of "flow" because I'm human! I know that abundance is always available, it's a choice and I can choose it at any time. 

I love the photo below, because it's the perfect example of living my life in flow, on vacation, treating my family to fun experiences, making money. In fact, I usually make more money on vacation!
